I have been in PT since I've injured myself at 16. then about 30 times since for various injuries, strain, sprains, dislocations, torn MCL, after surgery, rehab, etc. There's good & bad in all of those. But I always" failed physical therapy" because I could never meet the goals by the time stated. I figured I was bad at it. Got a diagnosis of hEDS (& had fibro for years) and that changed everything! I found the best specialty clinic that treats this! They actually listen to you, don't force you to do more than your body can handle. If a week's worth of exercises exacerbated stuff, then they back you off & try different ways. I'd shout out to my PT but she said I'd better not, she's busy enough 😂 OF course I won't use her last name, that would be rude!! So thanks to Katie 😊for absolutely changing my life. The last 15 months of PT have been brutal, and I am just now seeing results over the last 3 months. If you have any EDS or hypermobility issues, this is where you want to go!

My massage with Sophia was outstanding. Sophia's style is, in my view, serene and attuned with precision focus to the body. It felt like I did not even need to explain my situation for Sophia to miraculously work through deeply painful/stuck areas. Immediately after, I booked a second session with Sophia.
On another note, the rate for massage at Mobility Project is relatively reasonable! :) - Dina Howell··from Google
Mobility project is hands down, the best physical therapy I've ever experienced.
I've been to 2 or 3 others, but I've never liked the conveyor belt experience of just having numerous patients all doing their exercises, and on numerous machines, while the physical therapist huddle in the middle of this large room whispering and totally ignoring their clients. Mobility project is one on one. Personalized care. They are with you from the moment you go back with them. They listen, are genuine, and they are wonderful. Wouldn't go anywhere else period.
